It goes without saying that the greatest companies in the world like Apple, Virgin, Nike etc have been created by leaders who had a vision and were very dogmatic in their particular way in conducting business. Otherwise, you'll only be a dreamer with an idea and you won't impress anyone.

If you don't offer your clients something complex and unique, but also difficult to copy, you can easily lose them to the competition. Building a stable and dedicated crowd of fans of your brand. However, the basic condition is listening to their voice and then using their feedback to improve your product or services. Visionaries don't lose hope. They work hard and show patience. The ability to cope with difficult situations is one of the most important domains of successful people, regardless of age. Thanks to it, they can see and analyse possible solutions. They have no problems with constructing contingency plans and managing crises. If you act in this way, then you will gain a lot of confidence and confidence in the right decisions. You will also feel safe and comfortable with your life, and any thought of potential loss of resources, e.g. financial, will not cause you a panic. Fear of failure is perhaps the worst enemy of creating a success.

Remember, however, that success is not always associated with money, it is a by-product. Simon Sinek explains that the game of success is an infinite game. Often the success is measured in revenue etc. Often companies like Apple, Nike and Virgin are the “exception” to the market because they do not compete because of their dominant position. Those type of companies have focused on the “why” they do things and the by-product is the “what”. So, the example Simon is the Apple’s believe in ease of use, devices lasting and innovation and by the way they make computers. Often companies focus on the what and try to describe it positivity but done believe int what they do.
